Singapore Airlines operates passenger services from its primary hub in Singapore at Changi Airport. One of the worlds largest airlines, Singapore Airlines' primary operations are in the Southeast Asian region, with connections to the regional routes operated by its subsidiary SilkAir. Singapore Airlines offers the most flights to international destinations than any other Southeast Asian airline. The Airline is a member of the Star Alliance network of airlines, and also has codeshare agreements with SilkAir, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Malaysian Airlines.
Singapore Airlines were the first airline to operate the A380, flying the aircraft between Sydney and Singapore. The airline now flies the A380 to other destinations including Tokyo and London, and will increase the frequency of its flights to London to twice daily from September 2008. Singapore Airlines Travel Classes – Cheap Flights
The airline operates three classes including, First Class, Raffles Class (Business Class) and Economy Class. All classes feature the Singapore Airlines in-flight entertainment system, called KrisWorld with personal TV's. The service offers a range of entertainment options from a variety of movie channels, tv shows, music stations and Nintendo games.First and Business Class passengers may access the SilverKris Lounges, in destinations including Singapore, Sydney, Osaka and Manila. Partner lounges are also available in other selected destinations.
First Class & Suites
On the A380, there is an additional class of Suites, offering luxurious travel options in a personal cabin.For First Class passengers, SkySuite seats offer a comfortable lounge seat reclining into a spacious bed, and a standard of service ensuring passengers arrive at their destination feeling relaxed and rested.
